This will be the first time the Button Chair has been in Pitt County, so we are excited to have this exhibit available.

The Button Chair was created in 1998 by a North Carolina college student as a tribute to all women who have battled breast cancer. Each button formerly belonged to a survivor of breast cancer or someone who lost their battle with the disease and represents their story of courage and strength. The display features several kiosks which are both educational and interactive.
